Addresses for transport legs are only visible in Sprout to users within the same organization/provider agency or within DCYF. Transport leg addresses are not included in a PDF download of the visit report that is sometimes shared with attorneys or the court.

Providers are required to fill in legitimate addresses for each transport leg on a visit report. This information is used for invoicing oversight purposes by DCYF administrators and auditors.
