Visit reports that have been approved in Sprout cannot be edited. To unlock an approved visit report for editing, please contact your organization administrator. It is useful to have the following information:

• FamLink Case number
• Case Name
• Date of visit report that needs to be unlocked

Note that the visit report will need to be approved again once the required changes have been made.
