Why did I get signed out?

There are a few reasons you may have been logged out of Sprout:

  1. Have you lost internet connection?

    Check your device settings and try to reconnect. Once you’ve reconnected, you can sign back in and resume your activities. You will not be able to sign back into Sprout until you regain internet connection.

  2. Were you inactive in Sprout for longer than thirty minutes?

    In compliance with Washington SCIO requirements, Sprout will automatically sign you out if you have not taken any actions in the past thirty minutes. You will need to sign in again and navigate back to where you were.

  3. Did you select “Sign Out”?

    Just sign back in with your Sprout account credentials.
