Note: This feature is available to users in the Visit Coordinator organizations only.

To move an existing referral request from one organization to another, select the “More Details” button on the right side of the appropriate referral listing.

You will be redirected to the referral summary screen. In the top left corner of the window, you will see a dropdown menu that says, “Select to move referral…” In the dropdown, select the organization you would like to move the referral to and then click "Move".

You will see a notification that the referral has been successfully removed from the organization it was previously listed in and re-listed in the organization you just selected.

Note: If there are already visit reports associated with the referral, you will not be able to move the referral to a new organization.
