After a visit report has been approved, it will appear with a “View” button under the reports section of the associated referral request:

Click the "View" button to see the final report overview (shown below). Then select the "Download" button and "Report Form" to download the visit report in .docx format (i.e. word processing format): 

Your browser may show the download at the bottom left or the top right of the screen. 

Select the downloaded visit report to open it with your computer's default word processing program (e.g. Microsoft Word).  

Save and/or print the visit report using your computer's word processing program.
