How do I create a new visit report?

From the home screen, select the “More Details” button on the associated referral listing to get to the referral summary screen.




Select the “Reports” navigation link at the top of the summary screen. This will redirect you to the reports section of the referral.


Next, select the “Add Report” button to begin a new visit report form. You can add an Attended visit report, a Missed/No Show visit report or an Unusual Incident report. Any details you add to a visit report will be auto-saved when you exit the report, so you can always start a report and resume it later.
