There are a few reasons why you may not be able to move a referral request:
- Are there already visit reports associated with the referral?
A referral request cannot be moved once visit reports have been associated with it. If this is the case, you will need to cancel the existing request with the current provider, after which you can create a new referral report and begin services with a new service provider.
- Have you lost internet connection?
You must be connected to the internet to perform actions in Sprout. Once you have reconnected, you will be able to resume moving referral requests between organizations.
If neither of these scenarios exist and you still cannot move a referral request, please contact us.
