From the home screen, select the “More Details” button on the appropriate referral listing to redirect to the referral summary screen.
Then select the “Reports” tab from the menu bar. You will see a list of all the visit reports that are associated with the selected referral request. A visit report that is ready for approval will display a “Review” button.
Select the "Review" button to look over the visit report one final time and correct any spelling errors, inaccuracies, incomplete fields, etc. Use the section tabs at the top of the report to switch quickly between sections.
When you are done reviewing the visit report, select the “Approve” button at the bottom of the final tab. All required fields must be complete in order for you to approve the report.
Once approved, a visit report is saved in read-only format and displays a “View” button on its summary card. You can print or save it as a PDF through your web browser default options and should follow your organization’s standard procedure to submit the visit report to your Network Administrator or directly to the social worker.
