What if my Performance Metrics are inaccurate?

Ultimately, the data points are generated from the information you and your staff put into the Referrals and Reports in Sprout. If you feel there are inaccuracies, we recommend that first you double check reports, or to see if there are recent anomalies in the services that you offer that might cause the averages to be skewed one direction.
