Provider Performance Metrics are located in the Sprout Provider Finder. In order to access the Provider finder: 

1. First, sign into your Sprout account. If you are not currently a member of Sprout and would like become one, follow these easy steps
2. Once you are signed in, click the Menu button in the top right corner of your screen.
3. Select “Provider Finder”
